Avantor seeks a Senior Director of Communications for Operations and Customer Service to develop and execute global communications strategies supporting business transformation, employee engagement, and reputation management. - Serve as primary communications advisor to COO and Customer Service leadership on strategy, transformation, and reputation management
- Lead executive communications including speechwriting, thought leadership, and social media strategy for Operations leaders
- Direct change communications for large-scale transformation initiatives across Operations and Customer Service functions
- Establish crisis preparedness and response strategies for operational issues and business disruptions
