- Ability to work 100% onsite at Harmans, MD facility, Monday-Friday first shift
- Strong financial acumen and experience in matrixed organizations
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary site commercial lead and relationship manager for new and existing clients
- Develop pricing strategies, evaluate COGS, and execute value pricing in partnership with business development and finance
- Direct contract lifecycle management including CSAs, development agreements, and term sheets
- Coordinate across site leadership, supply chain, operations, quality, and project management teams
- Oversee revenue forecasting, accounts receivable management, and revenue leakage mitigation
