Role summary
Gilead Sciences seeks a physician director to lead clinical development strategy and execution for assigned therapeutic molecules. - Prior experience leading cross-functional project teams in clinical research or development
- Demonstrated expertise in protocol design, regulatory filings, medical monitoring, and clinical publications
- Strong matrix management and project delivery capabilities
- Fast learner with flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
What you'll be doing
- Develop or provide input on Target Product Profiles and Clinical Development Plans for assigned molecules
- Lead clinical trial protocol design, study reports, and health authority communications
- Provide medical monitoring for clinical trials including safety surveillance and eligibility assessment
- Coordinate preparation and review of regulatory documents, investigator brochures, and development plans
- Present scientific findings at conferences and investigator meetings
