Role summary

IQVIA seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Director to lead early-stage clinical development strategy and business development for first-in-human through Phase IIa studies. What you'll be doing

Lead cross-functional proposal development teams to design client-centric solutions and strategies
Create innovative therapeutic and operational strategies that differentiate IQVIA competitively
Conduct protocol feasibility assessments, risk management, and site/patient recruitment strategies
Present project strategy and win themes at client and bid defense meetings
Translate sold strategy to delivery teams and provide post-award guidance as needed
