What you'll be doing

Source, evaluate, and monitor private biotech companies, healthcare technology firms, and venture funds against strategic priorities
Conduct scientific, commercial, competitive, and financial due diligence on prospective investments
Support transaction execution including equity investments, syndicate financing, term sheets, and valuation analysis
Manage portfolio company relationships and serve as strategic liaison between investees and internal Amgen stakeholders
Collaborate with Research, Business Development, and Finance teams on investment recommendations and governance discussions
