Role summary
Ipsen seeks a Zone Director for Neuroscience to lead commercial performance and team development across western and southern France. Reporting to the Neuroscience Business Unit head, the successful candidate will drive regional strategy implementation, manage account managers, and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- 5-10 years commercial and/or managerial experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record managing field teams and driving commercial performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities

- Ability to build influence and develop strategic partnerships
- Migraine domain experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Define and implement regional strategy aligned with national objectives
- Establish zone action plans with commercial targets and corrective measures
- Oversee key account coverage optimization and resource allocation
- Coach and develop account manager team through field accompaniments and performance reviews
- Build relationships with regional healthcare stakeholders and opinion leaders
