What you'll be doing

Serve as liaison between LabCorp, customers, and patients to address client needs
Resolve routine and complex inquiries using internal systems and databases
Review test forms for accuracy and correct discrepancies per procedures
Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and CRM data
Identify root causes of issues and support process improvement initiatives

Compensation$17.75/hr - $23.00/hr plus shift differential
