What you'll be doing
- Upload cardiac monitoring patch data and patient information into company systems with complete accuracy
- Organize, scan, label, and process incoming cardiac monitoring products and records
- Enter patient documentation, symptom diaries, and clinical notes into designated systems
- Answer customer calls and emails, resolving routine inquiries and routing requests appropriately
- Manage inventory intake, storage, recycling, and disposal of cardiac monitoring devices per company and regulatory standards
Compensation$16.15 per hour
