Role summary
Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Customer Learning Solutions Specialist to drive adoption of its education portfolio across the Americas and other regions. The role focuses on customer engagement, enablement, and insight generation to accelerate product adoption and operator readiness through effective learning solutions.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years customer education, training, or customer success experience
- 3+ years life sciences, biotechnology, biomanufacturing, or regulated industry background
- 3+ years delivering training, onboarding, or knowledge transfer programs
- 3+ years supporting customer adoption or implementation of products or solutions
- Ability to travel globally 50% of the time
- Experience with learning management systems, digital learning platforms, or technology-enabled training (preferred)
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and program design (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Serve as regional expert on Cytiva's education portfolio, enabling customer-facing teams to position and recommend solutions
- Engage with customers to assess education needs, recommend learning pathways, and support demonstrations and onboarding
- Partner with Commercial teams on customer discussions requiring learning expertise and solution scoping
- Gather customer feedback and adoption insights to improve the learning portfolio and customer experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams on learning initiatives
