Role summary
Abbott seeks a Customer Experience Engineer for its Electrophysiology business in Minnesota to investigate product complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and drive quality improvements. This role bridges customers and internal teams to ensure medical devices meet safety and performance standards.

What you'll be doing
- Lead investigations of product complaints and performance concerns from customers and clinicians
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using quality methodologies
- Analyze complaint data and trends to identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities
- Partner with Manufacturing, Design, Regulatory, and Quality teams on product performance evaluation
- Maintain quality system compliance and support internal/external audits
