Role summary
Abbott seeks an FP&A analyst to support the Japan Cardiac Rhythm Management business unit. The role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the commercial team while managing capital, operating expenses, and headcount. Candidates should have 3+ years of finance/accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and preferably bilingual Japanese-English proficiency.

- VBA macro programming experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for Japan CRM business unit
- Manage capital expenditures, operating expenses, headcount planning, and working capital
- Serve as finance partner to commercial team, supporting decision-making and strategy
- Coordinate month-end reporting with Abbott Medical Japan functions and global teams
- Ensure financial statement accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
