Role summary
Coordinate monthly sales planning cycles and demand forecasts by integrating commercial, inventory, and market data across multiple channels. Facilitate cross-functional alignment between sales, finance, marketing, and supply chain teams to support decision-making and ensure accurate sales projections and product availability.

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales planning, demand forecasting, or commercial operations
- Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis skills to identify trends and translate insights
- Knowledge of forecasting processes, commercial planning, inventory management, and performance metrics
- Strong cross-functional coordination, communication, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
- SAP S/4HANA experience (desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced English for regional team interaction (desirable)
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate monthly sales forecast cycles and consolidate projections by product, customer, channel, and business unit
- Manage loading, validation, and approval of sales estimates in SAP S/4HANA with data integrity and traceability
- Analyze historical sales, demand, inventory, and market trends to improve forecast accuracy
- Identify deviations, supply risks, inventory imbalances, and commercial opportunities; recommend and track corrective actions
- Facilitate demand consensus meetings across sales, marketing, finance, customer service, and supply chain teams
