Role summary

What you'll be doing

- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for field sales, inside sales, and account management positions
- Conduct initial candidate screenings focused on sales experience, performance history, and business acumen
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified sales candidates for immediate and anticipated hiring needs
- Track, analyze, and report on sourcing activity and pipeline metrics to the Talent Acquisition team
