Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Monitor computer systems, jobs, and connected devices; identify and resolve or escalate errors quickly
- Manage printing, output distribution, and report delivery to internal and external customers
- Produce daily system backups and execute backup utilities from disk to tape
- Set up, operate, and maintain peripheral devices such as printers and tape drives
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and track supply utilization
