What you'll be doing
- Apply and validate computational pathology workflows and computer vision tools to histopathological endpoints and imaging biomarkers
- Design analytic strategies and collaborate with scientists to extract tissue-based endpoints from imaging data
- Prepare and curate large imaging datasets for project analyses and model development
- Lead projects from planning through execution, quality control, and delivery of organized outputs
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-expert stakeholders with clear alignment on priorities and risks
