Experience with molecular visualization (oncoplots, heatmaps, PCA) and cancer genomics tools
Familiarity with clinical trial efficacy, demographic, and outcome data
Knowledge of survival analysis, causal inference, cancer signaling pathways, and driver mutations

What you'll be doing

Integrate circulating tumor DNA, molecular profiling, and immunohistochemistry data to identify and validate biomarkers
Collaborate with internal teams and contract research organizations to deliver validated biomarker analysis
Support biomarker-related trial design including protocols, lab manuals, and regulatory documents
Generate summary statistics and efficacy visualizations for molecular subgroups with biomarker scientists
Work with preclinical bioinformaticians to design experiments validating biomarkers and identifying patient selection markers
