Role summary
Azenta seeks a Compensation Analyst to support sales incentive administration and broad-based compensation programs. The role involves payment processing, data analysis, and advisory support for HR teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Workday experience preferred; Xactly, SPIFF, or Salesforce experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What you'll be doing
- Administer sales incentive compensation plans including data management, quota tracking, and payment processing
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Payroll to ensure accurate and timely incentive payments
- Provide compensation advisory support to HR Business Partners on market pricing and salary guidance
- Maintain compensation data integrity in Workday and related systems
- Prepare compensation analyses, reports, and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
