Role summary
Amgen seeks a Commercial Analytics Manager to lead insights generation across multiple data sources and support strategic decision-making within Global Marketing. The role involves designing secondary data analytics, enabling data-driven experimentation, and delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders and brand teams. Based in Thousand Oaks, CA (hybrid, 2–3 days onsite weekly).

- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years analytics experience, or equivalent combination
- Hands-on experience analyzing and integrating secondary data sources
- Strong data analysis, project management, and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of US healthcare landscape preferred
- Experience with dashboarding, reporting, and research methodologies
What you'll be doing
- Design and execute secondary data analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Lead analytical solutions implementation, track timelines and scope, coordinate results communication
- Establish KPIs and leading indicators to enable data-driven experimentation within cardiovascular business unit
- Synthesize findings across complex data sources to provide holistic brand performance understanding
- Manage external vendor relationships and research new analytical tools and methodologies
