Role summary
Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks a CNC Machinist for second shift manufacturing in Indianapolis. - Experience with precision measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges)
- Capacity to lift, move, and carry equipment up to 35 pounds
What you'll be doing
- Set up CNC mills and lathes according to job orders and work instructions
- Read blueprints and establish appropriate tool depths, speeds, and tolerances
- Position and secure workpieces using holding devices, chucks, and fixtures
- Troubleshoot and analyze machining processes for quality and efficiency
- Perform measurements and inspections using precision instruments and CMM reports
