3+ years experience as clinical trial rater administering semi-structured psychiatric assessments
3+ years experience with Clinical Global Impression rating scales (CGI-S, CGI-C, CGIC-S)

What you'll be doing

Conduct structured and semi-structured clinical interviews with BPD-diagnosed trial participants
Administer, score, and document validated psychiatric rating scales according to protocol
Maintain inter-rater reliability through calibration, training, and quality review participation
Identify and escalate safety concerns including suicidality per protocol guidelines
Collaborate with investigators and sponsor teams to ensure high-quality trial execution
