AstraZeneca seeks a Director to lead early oncology clinical operations technology strategy and vendor governance. This newly created role oversees technology platforms, vendor relationships, and digital innovation to enhance clinical trial delivery across oncology studies.

Strong vendor management expertise including governance, performance metrics, and relationship management
Experience with outsourced CRO partnerships, IRT/RTSM systems, and clinical trial platforms

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute early oncology clinical operations vendor technology roadmap aligned with corporate strategy
Define vendor governance frameworks, performance KPIs, and escalation pathways for technology partners and CROs
Lead integration of AI, automation, and emerging technologies into clinical operations vendor workflows
Provide strategic direction to iRT/RTSM and digital health centers of excellence communities
Build cross-functional relationships with procurement, alliance management, and global clinical solutions to optimize vendor partnerships
