Role summary
Clinical Specialist needed to review psychiatric assessment scales in clinical trials, ensuring standardized rating practices. Requires master's degree in psychology or related field, three years of clinical psychiatric assessment experience, and native Hungarian fluency.

- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (MD, DO, PhD preferred)
- Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments and structured clinical interviews (SCID-5, PANSS, CGI)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience with psychiatric populations
- Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials
- Fluency in English and native-level Hungarian proficiency
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
What you'll be doing
- Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities as required
- Review case data and prepare documentation for rater discussions and assessments
- Conduct live feedback sessions with raters on assessment methodology and scoring techniques
- Complete assigned rater interactions and documentation according to schedule
- Support rater performance through functional assessments and mock interviews
