Role summary
Clinical research organization seeks a German-speaking clinical specialist to review psychiatric assessment scales and provide rater feedback in trial settings. The remote role requires a master's degree in psychology, counseling, psychiatric nursing, or social work, plus 3+ years of clinical experience administering structured interviews and rating scales with psychiatric populations. Approximately 10–16 hours monthly.

- Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities
- Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with relevant documentation
- Conduct live interactions with raters providing feedback on assessment methodology
- Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to established schedule
- Submit required documentation accurately and on time
