What you'll be doing
- Maintain and update study documentation in eTMF, Activate, and CTMS systems with regular file reviews
- Support study start-up and site activation activities including regulatory documentation and Investigator Site File compilation
- Track study tasks and reports; identify missing information and escalate risks or delays
- Prepare, review, and distribute documents for study sites, internal teams, and sponsors
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and translation requests for trial-related activities
