Role summary
Leica Biosystems seeks a Clinical Training Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of clinical training programs across the organization. This remote role ensures training delivery, accurate documentation, and alignment with regulatory requirements while partnering cross-functionally with clinical operations and compliance teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Education, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in clinical training coordination, quality systems, or learning & development in regulated environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with Clinical Compliance
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FDA, GxP, or ICH-GCP preferred
What you'll be doing
- Plan, coordinate, and execute clinical training and developmental programs
- Document training activities and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
- Support audit readiness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical operations, bioinformatics, and compliance teams
- Manage training administration and coordinate program content delivery
Compensation$74,000–$101,750 base plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
