Role summary
Merit Medical seeks a Clinical Training and Education Manager for endoscopy to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, provide clinical expertise, and support customers across domestic and international markets. - Registered nurse, surgery technician, or radiology technician certification preferred
- Medical device sales and sales training experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Develop and deliver approved training programs on company products, procedures, and clinical best practices
- Conduct skill assessments and create customized curricula to improve learner knowledge and competency
- Provide case support and troubleshooting assistance to trained customers domestically and internationally
- Support field training of clinicians on product use and conduct clinical competency evaluations
- Collaborate with product managers to create training videos and develop sales training materials
Compensation$100,000 starting base salary plus bonus eligible
