Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Provide technical device support and equipment coordination during surgical procedures
- Educate and manage patients throughout pre- and post-implantation phases
- Conduct physician and hospital staff training on products through one-on-one sessions and formal programs
- Respond to device inquiries from customers and patients in timely manner
- Manage inventory, maintain account relationships, and contribute to quarterly district and regional initiatives
