Natera seeks a Clinical Field Specialist to drive revenue growth in Women's Health diagnostics across Michigan. The role combines direct sales to obstetricians and maternal-fetal medicine physicians with clinical education and strategic relationship building for established and new product lines.

What you'll be doing

Drive revenue growth through direct sales to MFMs, OB/GYNs, and genetic counselors in assigned territory
Develop and execute strategic business plans to accelerate revenue in geographic region
Provide clinical expertise, educational support, and technical product training to healthcare providers
Prospect, cultivate, and maintain key relationships with individual physicians

CompensationCompetitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly commissions, car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
