What you'll be doing

Provide independent clinical and technical support to surgeons during orthopedic spine surgical cases in operating rooms
Serve as primary company representative for customer support, ensuring proper equipment availability and functionality at hospitals
Manage hospital billing, purchase orders, and logistical coordination of instruments and equipment across assigned territory
Share customer insights and procedural data with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to support growth and service improvements
Maintain equipment tracking, asset deployment, and sterile processing department consultation
