What you'll be doing
- Develop competency in manual and robotic orthopedic procedures through hands-on training and shadowing
- Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, CT-based imaging, implant sizing, and equipment setup
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently during operating room procedures
- Support account coordination including inventory management, documentation, and logistics
- Participate in on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays for urgent cases
