What you'll be doing
- Develop competency in manual and robotic joint replacement procedures through hands-on training
- Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning using Mako software
- Support case preparation including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and operating room readiness
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently during surgical procedures
- Participate in on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays for urgent cases
