Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons using Mako robotic-arm assisted surgery system
Deliver guidance and assistance during surgical procedures and troubleshoot product issues
Conduct customer education and in-service training including pre-operative implant planning
Ensure surgical cases are properly planned and reviewed with surgeons prior to procedures
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to increase product utilization and customer volume
