What you'll be doing
- Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, CT-based imaging, implant sizing, and equipment setup
- Provide real-time procedural support for robotic and manual orthopedic surgeries in operating rooms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage inventory, logistics, and case documentation
- Participate in product demonstrations, cadaver labs, training events, and on-call coverage
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and sales partners to ensure coordinated customer support
