What you'll be doing

Coordinate on-site installations and collaborations with clinical support teams for customers
Provide technical assistance during technology-enabled surgical procedures and telephone clinical support
Install software and hardware upgrades, perform preventative maintenance, and optimize system performance
Train physicians, surgeons, and hospital staff on technology-enabled procedures and clinical applications
Act as primary Medtronic liaison for repair, technical support, and customer concerns documentation
