Role summary

Field & Infusion Nurse position supporting patient care and pharmaceutical commercialization services in Ontario. Administers medications, monitors infusion treatments, and coordinates with clinical and operational teams in home and clinic settings.

What you'll be doing

Administer medications via intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intravenous routes in home and clinic settings
Monitor IV infusion treatments and post-injection patient responses with comprehensive documentation
Provide patient education individually or in group settings based on program protocols
Coordinate scheduling and communications with patients, case managers, physicians, and departments
Report adverse events and product complaints per company policies and complete ongoing training requirements
