Role summary

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist for Cardiac Rhythm Management in New York City to provide technical, educational, and operational support for CRM devices and therapies. 2+ years cath lab, EP lab, or cardiology clinic experience (preferred)

What you'll be doing

Perform technical device support including system checks, implant assistance, troubleshooting, and applying CRM field training knowledge
Coordinate operational functions including patient documentation, inventory management, programmer software maintenance, and coverage logistics
Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field teams on CRM products, therapies, and support new specialist/representative onboarding
Travel extensively within NYC territory to support customer clinics and hospitals with frequent independent driving
Identify customer opportunities, support sales activities, monitor competitive trends, and provide actionable market feedback
