Role summary

Valid driver's license required for regional territory travel
Proficiency with UNIX/LINUX commands for operating file modification
Ability to work in operating room and hospital environments

What you'll be doing

Coordinate on-site installations and collaborate with clinical teams during technology-enabled surgical procedures
Provide technical assistance during procedures and deliver telephone support to customers
Install software and hardware upgrades; perform preventative maintenance and system optimization
Train physicians, surgeons, and hospital staff on surgical technologies and procedures
Document installations, report customer concerns, track service calls, and identify new business opportunities
