Associate's degree with 4+ years clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience (alternative pathway)
Valid driver's license and willingness to reside within territory and travel
Technical proficiency with UNIX/Linux commands and system software
Strong clinical knowledge of neurosurgery, navigation, and robotic-assisted procedures
Customer relationship management and training capability across multiple hospital departments

What you'll be doing

Coordinate on-site installations and provide technical assistance during technology-enabled surgical procedures
Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade system hardware and software; perform preventative maintenance
Educate and train physicians, surgeons, and hospital personnel on technical and clinical procedures
Serve as primary customer liaison for repair, technical support, and service delivery across assigned accounts
Document installations, file weekly reports, escalate customer concerns, and identify market opportunities for new users
