What you'll be doing
- Manage portfolio of existing key accounts with accountability for retention and revenue growth
- Drive upsell of oncology and hereditary cancer testing solutions across current customer base
- Serve as primary contact for health systems, oncologists, surgeons, genetic counselors, and administrators
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize testing volume and identify expansion opportunities
- Lead implementation of solutions within existing accounts and partner cross-functionally on performance improvements
