Role summary
Client Coordinator role supporting project managers in a life sciences organization managing sample storage and genomic services. Responsibilities include administrative support, report generation, client query resolution, and coordination of project logistics across a global operation.

What you'll be doing
- Support PMO team with records review, service request creation, and advanced Excel functionality including pivot tables and Gantt charts
- Generate reports on sample inventory, KPIs, and KQIs for internal team and external clients
- Manage client queries and coordinate timely resolutions for project-related issues
- Monitor and coordinate project execution support including kit logistics, sample management, and lab services
- Oversee user and client access coordination for Azenta Limfinity Sample Management system
Compensation$20.00 - $25.00 base
