Role summary
Manufacturing Operator II will perform pre- and post-formulation processing of collagen-based products in ISO Class 5/7 cleanroom environments, including blending, mixing, packaging, and equipment operation. The role requires compliance with GMP and QSR standards, working first shift Monday-Friday at Integra LifeSciences' New Jersey facility.
What they're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent; science degree preferred
- 2+ years chemical processing or batch mixing in medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Cleanroom production experience highly desirable
- Basic computer skills for email and data entry
- Fundamental understanding of mathematics and chemistry
- Ability to lift 30-60 lbs and stand 8 hours without assistance
- Ability to gown to ISO Class 5 and 7 cleanroom standards
What you'll be doing
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lyophilizers and other process equipment with minor adjustments
- Perform precise chemical measurements and batch preparation including blending, mixing, and loading
- Maintain legible records and logs per GMP, QSR, and SOP requirements for regulatory compliance
- Interface with QA/QC and material departments to coordinate inspections and product flow
- Enter production activities and labor hours into Oracle MRP system for work order tracking
Compensation$21.12 - $27.98 USD hourly
