Role summary
Marketplace Director for Kite's CAR-T cell therapy business in the Mountain West region. Reports to Executive Director and owns regional business performance, territory strategy execution, account engagement, and cross-functional team leadership to drive patient access and sustainable growth.

- PhD with 8+ years experience, or Master's with 10+ years, or Bachelor's with 12+ years
- 12+ years pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience in hematology/rare disease
- 5+ years of people leadership and team management experience
- Deep hematology/oncology clinical, operational, and account management expertise
- Demonstrated success achieving business targets and leading in matrix environments
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and influencing capabilities
- Knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and good business conduct
What you'll be doing
- Develop, execute, and monitor integrated territory strategies aligned to brand goals and regional priorities
- Lead regional Key Account Management across Academic Treatment Centers and community accounts with cross-functional partners
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, KOLs, C-suite leaders, and cell therapy service line stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop field managers and teams to strengthen selling skills and clinical acumen
- Oversee regional demand generation and coordinate customer engagement to drive access and execution quality
