Role summary

Leica Biosystems seeks a senior strategic marketing leader to define and execute global commercialization strategy for companion diagnostic products. What you'll be doing

Define and lead global commercialization strategy for CDx products aligned with business objectives and regional market dynamics
Serve as primary strategic lead and commercial contact for pharma partners during launch planning and execution
Apply market intelligence and competitive insights to identify commercialization opportunities, risks, and growth levers
Monitor launch performance, partner satisfaction, and market adoption; translate insights into recommendations for senior leadership
Establish scalable launch frameworks and process improvements to enhance cross-functional alignment and launch readiness
