Role summary
Senior Manager of Media Data Operations leads business intelligence and data engineering strategy for media and scientific operations in Hyderabad. - Pharma industry or regulated domain experience preferred
- Familiarity with campaign activation tools and taxonomy/tagging standards preferred
What you'll be doing
- Define and own integrated BI and Data Engineering strategy for Media Services Operations with long-term roadmaps
- Oversee BI delivery across multiple dashboards including campaign trackers and competitive intelligence platforms
- Provide senior oversight of data engineering foundation including ingestion, transformation, and quality management
- Lead MSO's Agile operating model, backlogs, prioritization, and release governance across BI and data teams
- Serve as senior escalation point and strategic leader across brand teams, Decision Sciences, and external vendors
