Role summary

- 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- 2+ years prior case management experience preferred
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required
- Knowledge of HIPAA, FDA regulations, and patient privacy requirements
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent cases and resolve complex issues across geographies
What you'll be doing
- Oversee patient access issues related to insurance, specialty pharmacy, and support programs
- Coordinate with regional business managers, liaisons, and medical science liaisons on insurance approval status and reauthorizations
- Triage and resolve reimbursement issues including prior authorizations, denials, appeals, and billing problems
- Maintain comprehensive case histories and track patient status for reimbursement and shipping
- Report weekly on patient status changes, adjudication trends, and access roadblocks
