Role summary
Amgen seeks a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager for Sacramento and San Jose territories. - Cardiology experience including dyslipidemia, heart failure, and acute coronary syndromes
- Knowledge of hospital P&T processes, reimbursement, and CMS policies
- Understanding of healthcare system dynamics and community cardiology practice environment
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with cardiovascular business strategy
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including cardiologists, pharmacists, and P&T committees
- Lead institutional implementation initiatives to drive appropriate utilization of approved products
- Monitor account performance and market dynamics; identify barriers to access and utilization
- Coordinate cross-functional field teams and Amgen corporate resources to support product adoption
