Role summary

Amgen seeks a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to develop and execute strategic plans for assigned hospital and health system accounts in the Allentown, PA region. 3+ years of account management and/or public payor experience strongly preferred
Cardiology experience including dyslipidemia, heart failure, and acute coronary syndromes highly preferred
Knowledge of hospital committee structures, P&T processes, and reimbursement systems
Understanding of Medicare, CMS policies, and payor systems
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clinical and administrative leaders

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with cardiovascular business strategy and institutional needs
Serve as strategic lead for key accounts, engaging priority providers through tailored compliant approaches
Coordinate with cross-functional field teams including sales representatives, medical science liaisons, and access specialists
Meet regularly with opinion leaders in cardiology, pharmacy, P&T committees, and hospital finance to drive product utilization
Monitor account performance, market dynamics, and provide field intelligence to business analytics and brand teams
