Role summary

- 3-7 years quality engineering, quality systems, manufacturing quality, or CAPA management experience
- Proficiency with CAPA management systems, particularly TrackWise
- Strong root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, DMAIC, PDCA, SOLV)
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, QMSR, and ISO 13485 requirements
- Experience leading investigations and cross-functional problem-solving teams
- Data analysis, statistical tools, and quality improvement methods expertise
What you'll be doing
- Lead CAPA investigations from initiation through closure with timely completion and regulatory compliance
- Conduct root cause analysis using appropriate methodologies and evidence-based documentation
- Develop effective corrective and preventive action plans addressing systemic and immediate causes
- Verify effectiveness through objective criteria, data analysis, and post-implementation monitoring
- Support internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits with documentation and compliance evidence
