Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills with sales and executive teams

What you'll be doing

Lead regional Commercial Business Intelligence strategy through Power BI reporting, analytics, dashboards, and performance insights
Govern commercial data ecosystems to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across enterprise systems
Enable CRM and commercial systems roadmap, driving enhancements, integrations, and user adoption
Manage sales incentive compensation program including planning, tracking, reporting, and analytics
Partner with commercial, finance, and operational leaders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Compensation$115,000-$125,000 base, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
