- Evaluate, diagnose, and repair complex biomedical equipment; perform planned maintenance and safety inspections
- Establish proactive customer communication, ensuring issue resolution and follow-up for satisfaction
- Lead and mentor technicians on basic and complex repairs; delegate tasks and provide training
- Document all repair actions and submit reports according to schedule
- Maintain spare parts inventory, manage tools and test equipment calibration
